CDL Driver
To safely transport recyclable material in a timely fashion while adhering to all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements and Sanimax’s operating values and policies.
Transportation

• Driving a semi truck
• Perform duties to operate a bucket
• Perform duties to tarp a trailer
• Complete Vehicle Inspection reports
• Be able to perform duties of moving 400lb barrels
• Complete the appropriate DOT requirements
• Proper completion on all paperwork
• Assist with spill clean up
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate any defects/repairs to supervisor immediately
• Follow all DOT and Sanimax policies
• Have the ability to climb in and out of the truck multiple times during the shift
• Have the ability to negotiate various obstacles at the customers place of business (i.e. – stairs, ramps, doors, etc…)
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION/LICENSE:
• Valid Class A commercial drivers license (CDL)
• Valid DOT documentation
• Current Medical card
• Negative results from any required drug and alcohol test
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
• Ability to speak English
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 1-year experience with a tractor-trailer with a clean driving record
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Have the ability to read a map and follow directions

General Laborer - Rendering
The Production Specialist is responsible for operating processes and equipment in a safe, cost effective and professional manner to insure a safe working environment and high quality product.
Operations

• Provide coverage for any area of plant operation where directed by operating all equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures as listed in equipment manuals and company operating procedures; trouble shooting and repairing equipment failures as appropriate, and if necessary, involving Shift Supervisor and maintenance, in order to meet or exceed safety and efficiency standards set by the company and to insure high quality product.
• Maintain a clean work environment to meet company standards of ‘tour’ ready facility with by assuring that plant and equipment is kept clean and maintained.
• Communicate to the Shift Supervisor all accidents, down time, and exceptions, or any cost saving ideas and recommendations involved in the plant operations, assisting in the investigation and necessary documentation of any such incidents or opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned by a member of the management team.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Results driven
• Strong motivation
• Must have a high level of integrity and trustworthiness
• Able to do very physical labor throughout the shift
• Able to tolerate very loud noise
• Must be able to communicate well
